Deployment Strategist (AI)

Location: San Francisco, California, United States; onsite, in-person

Base compensation: $125K–$175K per year, plus equity

What you will do

• Own daily relationships with research teams at AI labs through frequent customer conversations.
• Grow existing accounts by identifying new data needs and expanding work across research teams.
• Build and qualify leads within current and prospective AI lab customers.
• Manage pipeline and account health while working toward quarterly booking targets.
• Partner with deployment operations leads and general managers to scope, launch, and deliver customer projects.
• Bring customer feedback to internal teams to shape future datasets and offerings.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience, ideally within the 3–7-year range.
• Background in consulting or a similar analytical, client-facing environment.
• Customer-facing experience and confidence building relationships with technical and senior stakeholders.
• Motivation to work toward booking targets and own commercial outcomes.
• Clear, polished written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work onsite in San Francisco.
