What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of Product Managers and Designers as a hands-on coach.
• Partner with the CTO to define and execute product strategy aligned with company goals.
• Own strategic initiatives from discovery through customer adoption to ensure business impact.
• Drive product prioritization using customer insights, data, and technical constraints.
• Champion the product roadmap and vision directly to customers.
• Embed AI technologies and best practices into daily product management and development processes.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US (Central or Eastern Time Zones)
• 5+ years of experience managing Product Managers and building high-performing teams.
• Proven success leading product strategy and execution for complex B2B SaaS products.
• Extensive hands-on experience using AI tools and frameworks in daily product management.
• Strong understanding of modern software architecture to guide technical product decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with experience influencing executives.
