Location: Remote (Must be based in United Kingdom, Ireland, or Poland)

Compensation: £90K–£122K (UK), €135K–€183K (Ireland), PLN 280K–PLN 378K (Poland) + Equity & Bonus

What you will do

• Own the full product lifecycle for hirify.global Agents, from incubation through GA and ongoing scale.
• Define and evolve product vision and strategy, synthesizing customer, market, and business signals into a clear roadmap.
• Identify and validate opportunities for Agents to reach new personas, including citizen developers.
• Conduct direct customer research with enterprise accounts and analyze the broader ecosystem.
• Lead high-stakes customer conversations, including executive roadmap reviews and product demos.
• Shape licensing, packaging, and pricing decisions to support sustainable growth.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building software products end-to-end with clear business outcomes.
• Deep understanding of the AI/agentic market, current trends, and enterprise adoption patterns.
• Proven experience taking a product from GA and setting direction in nascent areas.
• Experience building for enterprise customers, including complex adoption cycles and compliance.
• Strong technical foundation to collaborate credibly with engineers and make informed trade-offs.
• Must be based in the UK, Ireland, or Poland.

• Experience with pricing strategy, licensing models, or open-core business models.
• Experience across both startup and larger-scale organizations.
• Comfort representing the company externally through talks or writing.
• Deep familiarity with the developer tools ecosystem.
