What you will do

• Own product strategy and execution across one or more core product areas.
• Hire, coach, and grow a team of high-performing product managers.
• Drive product planning, decision-making, and communication across functions and leadership.
• Ensure fast learning and thoughtful shipping, balancing speed with rigor.
• Partner with go-to-market teams to support onboarding, growth, and customer feedback loops.
• Define and evolve product development culture including rituals, values, and operating principles.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work with in-person presence in London office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays.
• 9+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years managing PMs.
• Strong product strategy skills with ability to define vision and sequence bets.
• Experience building and scaling product teams in high-growth or startup environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills.
• Customer obsession and focus on product quality.
