What you will do

• Define and execute a multi-year product roadmap and portfolio strategy for AI-powered operational solutions.
• Own the complete product lifecycle from discovery and concept development to launch and continuous optimization.
• Lead customer discovery sessions and strategic discussions with retail executives, distributors, and brands.
• Partner with engineering teams to develop reliable, transparent, and high-performing AI products.
• Drive go-to-market initiatives, including product positioning, pricing strategy, and sales enablement.
• Mentor product managers and establish strong product management practices as the portfolio expands.

Requirements

• 9–12+ years of experience in Product Management, with significant experience building B2B SaaS products.
• Proven track record of developing AI or data-driven products from strategy through customer adoption.
• Direct experience working in a seed or Series A stage startup environment.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders (CEO, COO, CFO).
• Solid understanding of AI systems, data platforms, and software architecture.

Nice to have

• Experience in grocery, retail, CPG, supply chain, or retail finance.
• MBA or equivalent business and technical leadership experience.
