HRSS Hub Specialist (Night Shift)

Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia; night shift.

What you will do

• Manage HR administration across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employment changes, documentation, and terminations.
• Maintain accurate employee master data, process mass data updates, and support HR data projects.
• Operate HR system modules, provide first-level user support, and prepare systems for merit, training, and performance processes.
• Respond to employee queries, manage requests, and develop HR knowledge base content.
• Support recruiters and hiring managers with interview logistics and job postings.
• Build custom reports, analyze HR data, facilitate surveys, and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, science, IT, human resources, shared services, or a related field.
• Experience in HR administration and strong interest in human resources.
• Experience with cloud-based HR systems such as Workday or SuccessFactors.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are required.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, handle pressure, and collaborate with colleagues across the US, Europe, and Asia.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of data analytics, Power BI, or Power Automate.
• Experience with HR process automation, system enhancements, or knowledge base development.
