HR Specialist (Payroll) (Automotive)

TL;DR

HR Specialist (Payroll): Supporting the Employee Life Cycle and payroll processes for Austrian entities within a newly established HR Shared Service Center with an accent on HR administration and payroll support. Focus on executing administrative HR processes, managing payroll databases, and improving digitalization within the service center.

Location: Hybrid in Érd, Hungary (60% home office possibility)

What you will do

• Act as the first point of contact for employees and managers regarding operational HR inquiries.
• Manage the Employee Journey, including onboarding, contract changes, parental leave, and offboarding.
• Execute preparatory payroll processes and maintain the payroll database for Austrian entities.
• Create HR reports and evaluations to transform data into meaningful insights.
• Collaborate with Accounting and Controlling departments in Austria and Hungary.
• Contribute to process improvement, standardization, and digitalization projects.

Requirements

• German: B2+ (written and spoken) required.
• Relevant experience in operational HR, preferably with knowledge of Austrian payroll regulations.
• Commercial education with a focus on Human Resources.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work in Érd, Hungary.
