CoE HR IT System Operations & HR IT Compliance (MSTH)

Location: Hybrid work at hirify.global Services (Thailand) Ltd., Kingkaew Soi 33, Samut Prakan, Thailand.

International development partner and systems supplier for the automotive industry, working on combustion-engine, fuel-cell, and e-mobility technologies.

What you will do

• Support day-to-day HR system operations and assist with system enhancements and digitalization initiatives.
• Provide first-level support for HR system inquiries and coordinate issue resolution with HR, Shared Services, IT, and other stakeholders.
• Assist with system testing, user acceptance testing, release activities, and change documentation.
• Coordinate user training and communications to support adoption of new HR system functionality.
• Maintain process documentation, user guides, FAQs, and standard operating procedures.
• Prepare basic reports, monitor process metrics, and identify continuous improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in HR Operations, HRIS, HR Shared Services, HR Technology, or a related area.
• Good written and spoken English and Thai are required.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Ability to work in the stated hybrid arrangement at the Samut Prakan location.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, UKG, Workday, or similar HR platforms.
