Senior Account Executive, Affiliate Brand Partnerships

Location: Remote

Salary: $105,000–$120,000 annualized base salary, plus bonus or commission.

What you will do

• Manage up to 100 brand accounts as the day-to-day and strategic partnership lead.
• Build and nurture affiliate influencer relationships, secure flat-fee investments and commission increases, and drive renewals.
• Lead QBR and monthly call preparation, including account narratives, data insights, and growth strategies.
• Own individual net profit goals and contribute to monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Create sales proposals, respond to inbound leads within 48 business hours, and maintain accurate HubSpot pipeline data.
• Prepare weekly forecasts and collaborate with Sales, Editorial, and Influencer teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing sales and brand partnerships.
• Existing relationships with affiliate and influencer budget holders.
• Fluency with affiliate networks and platforms such as Impact, CJ, Awin, Rakuten, LTK, shopMy, and Amazon Influencer.
• Demonstrated success hitting and exceeding revenue goals, with strong renewal and expansion skills.
• Required HubSpot experience and proficiency in data analysis, communication, and proposal development.
• Bachelor's degree required; active use of AI for proposals, call summaries, and workflow automation expected.
