Salary: $64,000 - $71,000 CAD + bonus + benefits

What you will do

• Analyze customer contracts, amendments, and pricing arrangements to ensure billing and revenue accuracy.
• Validate rates, discounts, and terms for complex contract structures to prevent revenue leakage.
• Partner with Customer Success, Sales, and Accounts Receivable teams to resolve customer disputes and interpret contract terms.
• Perform detailed reconciliations and analyses to support credit and adjustment requests.
• Contribute to process standardization, workflow enhancements, and system testing for improved operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in billing, financial analysis, or subscription management.
• Proficiency in Windows environment and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience working with large volumes of complex data across Tableau, JIRA, and Excel.
• AI fluency and/or experience using M365 Copilot.
• Must reside within commutable distance to the Mississauga office.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• Experience with NetSuite and Salesforce.
