Salary: $55,000 – $75,000 CAD

What you will do
- Process North American vendor invoices accurately and on time, ensuring proper coding and compliance.
- Manage payment runs, follow up on approvals, and resolve routine discrepancies.
- Reconcile corporate credit card transactions and employee expenses.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and process customer cash receipts.
- Collaborate with Finance, Deployment, and Billing teams to ensure accurate financial processing.
- Act as backup support for U.S. and Canadian payroll during planned absences.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of Accounts Payable or related accounting experience.
- Strong understanding of invoice processing, approval workflows, and payment cycles.
- Experience with cash receipts processing and bank reconciliations.
- Proficiency with accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Must be based in the London, ON area to support the hybrid work setup.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
