TL;DR

Accounts Payable Analyst (Finance): Managing end-to-end accounts payable operations for North American business with an accent on invoice processing, bank reconciliations, and financial controls. Location: Hybrid (Must be based in the London, ON area)

Salary: $55,000 – $75,000 CAD

What you will do

  • Process North American vendor invoices accurately and on time, ensuring proper coding and compliance.
  • Manage payment runs, follow up on approvals, and resolve routine discrepancies.
  • Reconcile corporate credit card transactions and employee expenses.
  • Perform daily bank reconciliations and process customer cash receipts.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Deployment, and Billing teams to ensure accurate financial processing.
  • Act as backup support for U.S. and Canadian payroll during planned absences.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of Accounts Payable or related accounting experience.
  • Strong understanding of invoice processing, approval workflows, and payment cycles.
  • Experience with cash receipts processing and bank reconciliations.
  • Proficiency with accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.
  • Must be based in the London, ON area to support the hybrid work setup.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Experience supporting Canadian and/or U.S. payroll.
