Revenue Technology Manager (AI)

Location: Hybrid role for candidates based in Edmonton, Toronto, Vancouver, or Kitchener-Waterloo, Canada, with office attendance at least one day per week. Candidates based in or open to relocating to Edmonton or Vancouver are preferred.

Salary: CAD 98,300–133,100 annually, with a midpoint of CAD 115,700, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Own onboarding, offboarding, access provisioning, licensing, and user lifecycle processes across the GTM technology stack.
• Provide first-line support for Salesforce and related RevTech tools, triage requests, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems with clear context.
• Investigate and implement low-risk Salesforce and GTM tooling changes, including fields, picklists, list views, user settings, and data activation requests.
• Identify manual processes for automation and help design, test, document, and govern AI-enabled workflows.
• Support Sales Operations and RevTech rollouts through requirements gathering, user acceptance testing, validation, communications, and adoption tracking.
• Audit Salesforce configurations, maintain data quality, execute data loads, and improve operational documentation and runbooks.

Requirements

• Hands-on Salesforce experience with objects, fields, users, profiles, permission sets, list views, reports, validation rules, and data quality.
• Experience in SaaS, RevOps, Sales Operations, Revenue Technology, Sales Enablement, or a related technology environment.
• Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and process-thinking skills, with the ability to manage concurrent requests and determine when to escalate.
• Comfort working in ticketing, intake, or request-based environments and supporting project rollouts, testing, documentation, and post-launch support.
• AI literacy and interest in using AI tools for troubleshooting, documentation, triage, reporting, and responsible workflow improvement.
• Must be legally entitled to work in Canada and able to work from an approved hub city with at least one office day per week.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Administrator certification.
• Experience with Revenue.io, Chili Piper, HubSpot, MuleSoft, TextExpander, or similar GTM systems.
• Experience with Salesforce data loading, bulk operations, data governance, automation, AI workflow design, change management, or user acceptance testing.
