What you will do

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across the advanced defense portfolio.
  • Build relationships with defense and government stakeholders.
  • Manage customer engagements, complex defense pursuits, and capture activities.
  • Support market expansion and competitive positioning initiatives.
  • Collaborate with technical, commercial, and program teams to secure high-value opportunities.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, program management, or product management within the defense sector.
  • Strong knowledge of missile systems, guided munitions, precision strike capabilities, armaments, and defense technologies.
  • Experience managing complex defense pursuits, customer engagements, and capture strategies.
  • Strong understanding of defense procurement processes, competitive positioning, and market analysis.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, defense studies, or a related discipline.

Nice to have

  • Master's degree in a relevant discipline.
