What you will do

  • Identify, shape, and capture strategic business development opportunities across defense and technology portfolios.
  • Develop growth strategies spanning land, air, maritime, and electronic warfare domains.
  • Influence customer requirements and maximize cross-cluster business opportunities.
  • Engage senior military, government, and industry stakeholders.
  • Support the development and positioning of advanced defense solutions.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in military operations, defense business development, strategic growth, or related consultancy.
  • Strong understanding of military CONOPS, defense procurement, and global defense markets.
  • Expertise in emerging technologies, including AI, autonomous systems, electronic warfare, and advanced defense solutions.
  • Proven ability to engage and influence senior military, government, and industry stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, strategic studies, international security, or a related field.
