What you will do

• Identify and pursue business opportunities aligned with organizational growth targets.
• Build and manage a qualified opportunity pipeline within the domestic defense market.
• Prepare and submit bids and proposals, contributing to bid strategy, pricing inputs, and proposal development.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and defense-sector trend tracking.
• Develop relationships with government entities and key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with technical, product, and commercial teams to align solutions with client needs and report on opportunity progress.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6–10 years of experience in business development.
• Experience in defense, aerospace, or engineering sectors is preferred.
• Understanding of defense market dynamics and procurement processes.
• Exposure to bidding and proposal processes is preferred.
