What you will do
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with growth targets in the domestic defense market.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Support preparation and submission of high-quality bids and proposals.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and track defense sector trends.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key government entities and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with technical, product, and commercial teams to align solutions with client needs and contribute to bid strategy and pricing.
- Track opportunity progress, pipeline status, and provide regular reporting updates.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- 6–10 years of experience in business development, preferably in defense, aerospace, or engineering sectors
- Exposure to bidding and proposal processes preferred
- Understanding of defense market dynamics and procurement processes an advantage
