Senior Project Scheduler (Power Generation): Developing and maintaining integrated outage, maintenance, and capital-project schedules for Tulsa and Riverside Power Stations with an accent on Primavera P6, schedule logic, and cross-functional coordination. Location: Onsite in Jenks, Oklahoma, with regular travel between the Tulsa and Riverside Power Stations; candidates are preferred within 50 miles of the physical location.

Contract duration: 5 months; W-2 contract opportunity.
What you will do
- Develop, baseline, maintain, and analyze detailed outage, maintenance, and project schedules in Primavera P6.
- Coordinate schedule development and reviews with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct field walkdowns to validate work scope, sequencing, durations, constraints, access requirements, and resource needs.
- Track progress, critical-path impacts, milestone risks, schedule variance, trends, and performance indicators.
- Create look-ahead schedules, recovery plans, what-if scenarios, schedule-compression options, and executive-level reports.
- Identify resource conflicts, long-lead material risks, and work-sequencing issues while improving scheduling practices across both plants.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of demonstrated Primavera P6 experience, including schedule development, baselining, updating, and analysis.
- Experience developing and maintaining complex project or outage schedules.
- Knowledge of critical-path scheduling, schedule logic, baselines, progress measurement, variance analysis, and schedule-risk identification.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, plus strong written, verbal, organizational, and prioritization skills.
- Education and experience: 6 years with a high school diploma or GED, 4 years with a related associate degree, or 2 years with a related bachelor’s degree.
- Valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, willingness to travel between both plants, and ability to perform site walkdowns on uneven surfaces and stairs or ladders are required.
