What you will do

• Translate O&M service models into enterprise IT platform and tool requirements.
• Define integration needs across OT plant data, EAM maintenance, ERP, and PLM systems.
• Develop data-flow concepts, event-driven workflows, and lifecycle traceability from tags to assets and configuration items.
• Evaluate platforms including Aras, AVEVA, Maximo, Oracle, and related technologies.
• Coordinate Enterprise CM/PLM/ERP leadership, O&M Services, IT architecture, and external vendors.
• Support vendor discussions, leadership recommendations, implementation planning, and pilot-to-scale readiness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or 12 years of directly relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• At least 8 years of experience in industrial IT systems, engineering systems, or O&M environments.
• Required experience with enterprise systems integration across PLM, ERP, EAM, or OT platforms.
• Working knowledge of Aras is required; familiarity with Oracle Fusion, Maximo, or AVEVA is beneficial.
• Experience in nuclear, energy, or other regulated industries and knowledge of digital thread, digital twin, or lifecycle traceability concepts are beneficial.
• Must be eligible to work under Department of Energy 10 CFR Part 810.

• Advanced degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion, Maximo, AVEVA, or similar enterprise platforms.
