Project Planning Analyst

TL;DR

Project Planning Analyst (Supply Chain Technology): Coordinating and tracking Supply Chain Strategy and Technology projects, testing systems, cleaning data, and organizing project documentation with an accent on SharePoint, Maximo, scheduling, and status reporting. Focus on monitoring multiple initiatives, solving coordination and data-quality issues, and building reliable processes across internal and external workgroups.

Location: Fort Worth, Texas; hybrid schedule with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote. Work hours are 7:30 AM–4:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Travel of up to 25% is required.

What you will do

• Coordinate Supply Chain Strategy and Technology initiatives and monitor a portfolio of projects.
• Track project schedules, activities, milestones, and status updates.
• Perform Supply Chain system testing and support data cleanup efforts.
• Organize and maintain electronic documentation in SharePoint.
• Coordinate with internal and external workgroups to support scheduling, analysis, and issue resolution.
• Develop and maintain processes, reporting, and program coordination practices.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required; a college degree is preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to manage a high volume of work with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to identify problems, develop solutions, and work in an agile environment.
• Ability to build productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with Maximo and SharePoint.
• Knowledge of organizational policies and procedures.
