Salary: $100,561–$145,814 per year.

What you will do

• Build baseline schedules for complex projects using Critical Path Method best practices and contract requirements.
• Create, update, and analyze resource-loaded schedules in coordination with Operations and Project Management.
• Validate schedules against DCMA metrics using P6 health checks and perform weekly resource leveling.
• Support schedule risk and range analysis under the direction of the Senior Scheduler.
• Apply schedule-change scenarios, document impacts, and escalate variances for mitigation planning.
• Prepare contractually required reports, including look-ahead, variance, and critical path reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, industrial engineering management, engineering, supply chain management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in project scheduling, construction, or a combination of both.
• Required experience scheduling gas or heavy industrial projects.
• Expertise with Primavera and Microsoft Project scheduling software.
• Expertise with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Ability to work remotely within the United States and travel up to 25%.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of Primavera Risk, Acumen Risk, Safran, or similar risk analysis software.
• Working knowledge of Acumen Fuse, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytical tools.
