What you will do

• Drive day-to-day execution across GHG inventory, emissions forecasting, measurement, and supplier emissions workstreams.
• Track milestones, dependencies, risks, targets, and KPI performance.
• Develop roadmaps, trackers, status reports, and executive-ready updates.
• Facilitate recurring team meetings and cross-functional syncs, documenting decisions and action items.
• Coordinate data and process flows from source systems through sustainability disclosures.
• Support reporting, research requests, data pulls, QA, validation, and presentation development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as science, mathematics, engineering, accounting, statistics, business, sustainability, or social sciences.
• 5+ years of experience in program management, business operations, or project coordination for technical or data-oriented teams.
• Familiarity with corporate GHG accounting, including Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions, forecasting, and scenario modeling.
• Strong project management, communication, self-management, and problem-solving skills in matrixed environments.
• Advanced proficiency with Google Sheets or Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, charts, and presentation decks.
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently under tight deadlines and ambiguity.

Nice to have

• Experience with sustainability reporting practices and standards such as CDP, ISSB, GRI, TCFD, or SASB.
• Experience using Tableau and Excel to visualize large datasets from multiple sources.
• Working knowledge of SQL or Python for basic data pulls and QA.
• Experience coordinating across large, matrixed organizations.
