What you will do

• Lead the design, development, deployment, and optimization of machine learning solutions.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to identify opportunities and translate data into business recommendations.
• Design and analyze experiments, including A/B tests, and develop quantitative frameworks for customer experiences.
• Build predictive, optimization, personalization, recommendation, and behavioral models.
• Drive innovation in computer vision, generative AI, multimodal systems, and image-generation technologies.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to productionize models and define scalable AI architecture and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, Engineering, or another quantitative discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Deep expertise in machine learning model development, evaluation, and deployment.
• Strong Python programming skills and experience building production-grade data science solutions.
• Experience with statistical modeling, hypothesis testing, experimental design, and A/B testing.
• Ability to independently drive projects from problem definition through implementation and communicate complex findings clearly.

Nice to have

• Experience with generative AI, large language model ecosystems, LangChain, or LangGraph.
• Experience with image generation, computer vision, multimodal AI, or AI-powered customer-facing products.
• SQL proficiency for data exploration and analysis.
• Experience with recommendation systems, personalization, or customer lifecycle optimization.
