Salary: $129,000 – $140,000 (Total Annual Cash Compensation)

What you will do

• Translate complex business problems into analytical solutions through active stakeholder management.
• Develop statistical models using Python for marketing, events, and sales campaign analysis (A/B testing, journey orchestration).
• Research and prototype AI/ML solutions and emerging analytics techniques.
• Collaborate with tech teams to deploy models into production using CI/CD pipelines and agile methodologies.
• Create data stories and visualizations using Tableau and PowerBI for leadership and sales teams.
• Mentor and coach staff on AI/ML methodologies and analytic best practices.

Requirements

• Must have current work authorization for Canada.
• 3-5 years of experience in statistical modeling (regression, decision trees, clustering, time series).
• University degree in Engineering, Math/Statistics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong ability to communicate quantitative data to stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services or the investment industry.
• Knowledge of Gen AI, LLM, and NLP.
• Experience with Adobe Stack, digital analytics, and advertising.
• Certifications in KNIME, SAS, SPSS, Snowflake, or Tableau.
• Experience working with APIs and real-time data connectivity.
