Senior Analyst Advanced Analytics (AI)

Location: Flexible hybrid schedule in Toronto at 483 Bay Street, moving to the Mississauga office at 3 Robert Speck Parkway in late 2026; current work authorization for Canada is required.

Salary: CAD 129,000–140,000 total annual cash compensation, including base salary and target bonus.

What you will do

• Translate business problems from internal stakeholders into appropriate advanced analytics solutions.
• Design, develop, deploy, and evaluate analytical models for sales, marketing, events, and customer journeys.
• Apply statistical modeling, data mining, A/B testing, pre-versus-post analysis, and journey orchestration techniques.
• Work with technology teams to productionize models and resolve data, environment, and implementation issues.
• Develop analytical tools, data infrastructure, reporting, and visualization capabilities using Tableau, Power BI, Python, and SQL.
• Research AI/ML techniques, share best practices, and provide coaching and consulting to colleagues.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience with statistical modeling and data analysis, including regression, decision trees, clustering or segmentation, affinity analysis, and time-series forecasting.
• University degree in engineering, mathematics, statistics, computer science, or equivalent work experience.
• Professional experience with Python, SQL, Tableau or Power BI, and advanced Microsoft Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
• Experience interpreting complex data and communicating results to stakeholders through clear visual narratives.
• Experience with marketing analytics, consumer intelligence, data management, and analytical tools such as KNIME.
• Current Canadian work authorization and the ability to work in the Toronto/Mississauga hybrid arrangement are required.

Nice to have

• Financial services or investment industry experience.
• Adobe Stack, digital analytics, marketing, or advertising experience.
• Certification or experience with KNIME, SAS, SPSS, Snowflake, or Tableau.
• Experience with APIs, real-time data connectivity, Gen AI, LLMs, or NLP.
