What you will do

• Act as a strategic partner for high-priority Customer Analytics domains to clarify business questions and measure performance.
• Lead deep-dive analyses across the customer journey, including acquisition, onboarding, monetization, and retention.
• Define and govern KPIs related to customer quality, efficiency, and downstream business impact.
• Design and support experimentation strategies, including A/B tests and predictive modeling for churn or expansion.
• Communicate insights through executive-ready narratives to influence senior leadership decisions.
• Mentor other analysts and contribute to team-wide best practices for AI-enabled workflows and QA.

Requirements

• Expert-level SQL skills for working with complex relational data structures.
• Strong experience in B2B SaaS, growth, or go-to-market analytics.
• Proficiency with BI tools like Tableau for creating actionable reporting and narratives.
• Experience with advanced analytics: impact evaluation, forecasting, and simulation modeling.
• Must be based in one of the hub cities: Edmonton, Toronto, Vancouver, or Kitchener-Waterloo.
• Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python, dbt, Snowflake, or Salesforce.
• Experience with data modeling and productionized analytics workflows.
