Salary: $60,000 – $80,000 per year

What you will do

• Guide clients through the planning, development, training, and execution of hirify.global products.
• Design and maintain implementation schedules while collaborating with stakeholders to ensure timeframe compliance.
• Document all requirements, objectives, obstacles, and delays within implementation tickets.
• Conduct onsite and virtual training sessions and represent the company at industry conferences.
• Collaborate with customer success teams to ensure a positive and aligned client experience.
• Review and improve instructional and technical documentation for accuracy and accessibility.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in implementation, project delivery, or adult education.
• Must be based in the US according to the company's Remote Work Policy.
• Knowledge of state and national EMS and Fire reporting requirements.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management tools.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

Nice to have

• Agile/Scrum experience or PMP certification.
• Previous experience in healthcare or public safety industries.
• Familiarity with hirify.global products or similar industry technologies.
