What you will do

• Lead projects from planning through execution in partnership with account, creative, and production teams.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and workflows to ensure alignment on objectives.
• Facilitate internal meetings and manage project status communications across multiple stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and proactively implement solutions to keep work on track.
• Oversee workflow processes from initial kickoff through final delivery to ensure quality and budget adherence.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 2 years of project management experience in planning, execution, and delivery.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management or workflow software.
• Strong communication, meeting facilitation, and organizational skills.
