Client Implementation Manager (Healthcare)

Location: Hybrid role based in Chicago, South Bend, or Provo, Utah

Salary: $70,000–$85,000 base salary per year, plus competitive benefits and eligibility for a discretionary bonus or commission.

What you will do

• Own client implementations from post-sales handoff through go-live and transition to delivery teams.
• Understand client goals and use cases, recommend product configurations, establish priorities, and manage expectations.
• Serve as the primary implementation contact and communicate client feedback to internal teams.
• Coordinate delivery teams and multiple departments to manage timelines, competing priorities, and project risks.
• Engage subject-matter experts, provide product overviews, and connect clients with training and education resources.
• Escalate implementation and client-satisfaction challenges before they become critical.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least five years of relevant experience in client-facing project management, consulting, or operations.
• Experience in healthcare is preferred, with an expert-level understanding of hospitals and health systems required for the role.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, listening, presentation, analytical, and strategic-thinking skills.
• Working knowledge of improvement methodologies, best practices, and data analytics.
• Proven success delivering complex projects and achieving high client satisfaction.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize competing client needs, and resolve problems effectively.
