What you will do

• Oversee day-to-day client implementation, guiding product configuration and establishing project priorities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact to build strong client relationships and communicate feedback internally.
• Partner with Delivery Teams to manage timelines for deliverables and ensure successful product setup.
• Collaborate across multiple departments to reconcile competing priorities and maximize client satisfaction.
• Identify and escalate implementation risks and challenges to senior management before they become critical.
• Provide product overviews and connect clients with necessary training and education opportunities.

Requirements

• Must be based in Chicago, South Bend, or Provo, UT.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in client-facing project management, consulting, or operations.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects and attaining high client satisfaction.
• Solid working knowledge of improvement methodology, best practices, and data analytics.
• Experience in a healthcare-related field is highly preferred.
