What you will do
- Partner with Sales to scope, validate, and set delivery expectations for enterprise perioperative engagements.
- Own implementation timelines and lead complex deployments across multiple service lines, facilities, surgeon groups, and executive stakeholders.
- Advise perioperative leadership, surgeons, IT teams, and C-suite stakeholders on scope, operational strategy, risks, and resolution paths.
- Collaborate with Data Engineers, Product Specialists, Client Success Partners, and client teams to deliver implementation requirements and maximize customer value.
- Use dashboards and reporting tools to identify gaps, reinforce adoption, and demonstrate sustained ROI.
- Lead process improvement, change management, workflow adoption, and long-term sustainability initiatives.
Requirements
- 8+ years of project or program management experience delivering enterprise-wide SaaS implementations.
- 8+ years of professional experience in healthcare consulting, digital health, or a health system.
- Experience leading large, complex provider-side healthcare implementations with executive engagement.
- Knowledge of perioperative metrics, processes, workflows, and operational challenges.
- Fluency with Epic, Cerner, or comparable EHR environments, including architecture, integrations, and workflow implications.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills, including dashboard use, data validation, complex Excel functions, and interpretation of Java or SQL code.

- Experience writing SQL queries.
- PMP certification.
- Experience working with clinical or process consultants.
