IT Project Analyst (Business Analytics)

Location: Hybrid work model with on-site presence at an assigned US site; locations include Folsom, California, Phoenix, Arizona, and Hillsboro, Oregon.

Salary: $83,560–$117,970 annual salary.

What you will do

• Analyze complex business problems and develop actionable recommendations.
• Gather, clarify, and document business requirements with stakeholders.
• Facilitate business design sessions and blueprint future-state processes, tools, and systems.
• Identify automation opportunities and collaborate with business and development teams on new features.
• Conduct user acceptance testing, assess data quality, and troubleshoot issues.
• Monitor and publish KPIs, improve reporting and metrics, and support project scope, schedule, and quality management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 0–1 years of hands-on experience gained through internships, academic projects, coursework, or training, or a relevant master's degree with no professional experience.
• Proficiency with data analytics and data mining tools.
• Experience with reporting tools and frameworks.
• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
• Availability to work in a hybrid model with on-site presence at an assigned US location.
