What you will do

• Develop, maintain, and scale interactive Tableau dashboards and data models to track operational health and KPIs.
• Translate complex datasets into clean, executive-ready visual reports.
• Evaluate current business processes to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for automation or efficiency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define analytics and reporting requirements based on day-to-day challenges.
• Use SQL to pull and blend data from internal databases to support dashboards and analysis.
• Assist in testing and launching data pipelines and reporting workflows; maintain documentation for data sources, dashboard logic, and SOPs.

Requirements

• 3+ years in business systems analysis, data analytics, or a similar role with a heavy emphasis on reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Tableau (or similar BI tools) to design and build dashboards.
• Practical knowledge of SQL for data extraction, joins, and basic manipulation.
• Experience with data modeling, automated workflows, or mapping data pipelines.
• Strong process mapping, stakeholder communication, and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Nice to have

• Advanced Tableau features (complex calculations, parameters, performance tuning).
• Experience or interest in emerging automation concepts and practical applications of AI/ML.
