What you will do

• Manage up to six client onboarding projects concurrently, with each implementation lasting approximately six months.
• Coordinate clients and internal departments to deliver projects on schedule.
• Build and manage automated processes for clients moving to the hosted credit union environment.
• Support automation during the first weeks of onboarding and troubleshoot issues promptly.
• Identify departmental process improvements and maintain clear process documentation.

Requirements

• At least 18 months of IT or software experience.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects, deadlines, clients, and internal stakeholders.
• Self-starter who works effectively as part of a team.

Nice to have

• Credit union industry experience.
• Experience with Symitar, OpCon, or FTP.
• Additional IT experience.
