What you will do
- Own digital projects end-to-end, balancing timelines, priorities, quality, and delivery outcomes.
- Align cross-functional teams and stakeholders around shared goals and actionable plans.
- Plan and manage project budgets while tracking performance through regular reporting.
- Identify risks early and proactively resolve complex operational challenges.
- Build collaborative, high-performing teams and support business growth.
Requirements
- Experience managing digital projects and driving business performance.
- Hands-on experience building teams, business functions, or new ventures from the ground up.
- Experience leading teams of 10 or more people.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
- Confident use of AI as part of the daily workflow.
- Strong ownership, business-first thinking, and a results-driven approach.
