Project Manager (Game Development)

What you will do

• Lead strategic game development projects from initiation through closure.
• Ensure products are delivered on time and within scope.
• Create short-term and long-term delivery plans, define priorities, and coordinate daily team activities.
• Manage project communications and documentation through status reports, dashboards, and plans.
• Present updates on milestones, risks, budgets, quality assurance, and schedules to stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate risks, improve internal and external processes, and mentor team members in project management practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of project management experience in a software or IT environment.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum, and Waterfall practices.
• Strong analytical thinking, decision-making, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Fluent English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
• Experience with Jira, Microsoft Project, Atlassian Portfolio, or Monday.com.
• Collaborative approach and ability to work with teams and stakeholders.

Nice to have
