What you will do

• Maintain, upgrade, and repair the engineering robot fleet and energy systems.
• Assist in system-level test execution, including sensor installation and data collection.
• Support prototype robot bring-up and hardware reworks across mechanical and electrical domains.
• Fabricate test fixtures and assemble custom low-voltage and high-voltage wiring harnesses.
• Manage HiL infrastructure, including rack assembly, hardware mounting, and firmware flashing.
• Support the design and maintenance of reliability test rigs and battery cycle testing.

Requirements

• Proven experience in electro-mechanical assembly, soldering, and debugging of complex physical systems.
• Hands-on experience with battery packs and high-voltage (HV) electrical architectures.
• Proficiency with lab equipment such as Power Supplies, High-Voltage DMMs, and Oscilloscopes.
• Ability to read electro-mechanical schematics and harness drawings.
• Must have current authorization to work in the United States.
• Associate’s Degree in Electronics/Engineering Technology or 3+ years of equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• High-voltage safety certification or formal training.
• Linux CLI skills and experience.
• Experience with Atlassian Software Suite (Jira, Confluence).
• Experience debugging dynamic robotic systems or HiL environments.
