Program Manager (CX, Product Development)

Location: Cincinnati, Ohio, or Detroit, Michigan, United States; hybrid work with teams in the office an average of four days per week.

Salary: $60,000–$140,000 USD annually.

What you will do

• Manage strategy and design phases for customer experiences across websites, content, and other digital touchpoints.
• Coordinate strategy, design, content, marketing, and research teams, including schedules, capacity, resources, and delivery workflows.
• Support user interviews, usability testing, surveys, and scalable customer research processes.
• Develop website and content strategies, customer journey maps, service blueprints, and other CX artifacts.
• Guide user-centered website layouts and digital assets while supporting design standards, content governance, and customer feedback loops.
• Contribute to quality assurance, delivery tools, PMO standards, and continuous process improvement.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in CX design, product development, or a related field, including digital projects and websites.
• Practical experience with Agile methodologies and independent facilitation of sprint ceremonies.
• Experience working with enterprise clients and across agency or multidisciplinary environments.
• Knowledge of CX principles, Forrester’s CX framework, journey mapping, service blueprinting, and human-centered design.
• Experience with user interviews, usability testing, surveys, process development, and operational improvement.
• Technical aptitude with HTML, CSS, website technologies, and creative-to-development handoffs.

• Portfolio demonstrating CX projects and process improvements.
• Agency experience or experience in a similar collaborative setting.
