IT Business Analyst - Quality Assurance - NDS (Quality Assurance)

Location: Hybrid role in the United States, based in Centennial, Colorado, with regular in-office attendance required for associates within 30 miles of an office. U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain a U.S. Federal Security Clearance are required.

Salary: $60,000–$90,000 annually.

What you will do

• Review business systems, user needs, processes, and industry requirements.
• Define, document, and validate functional and technical requirements.
• Develop test plans, manual and automated test scripts, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios.
• Execute functional, integration, regression, data, and user acceptance testing.
• Lead UAT, report and prioritize defects, and communicate testing outcomes.
• Act as a liaison among clients, operations, testers, and technical teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst, or equivalent knowledge of system functions.
• Experience with requirements analysis, quality assurance, testing, and defect management.
• Working knowledge of SQL, HTML, word processing, spreadsheet tools, Adobe Acrobat, and internet technologies.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a U.S. Federal Security Clearance.
• Strong communication, analytical, collaboration, and consensus-building skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of NIST compliance.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
