ServiceNow Business Analyst (ServiceNow)

Location: Remote within the continental United States; approximately 10% travel to a customer site. Work from foreign locations and personal VPN connections are prohibited.

Salary: $67,355–$114,503 annually.

What you will do

• Gather, document, validate, and manage business and functional requirements with government stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into user stories, workflows, process documentation, and functional specifications.
• Support ServiceNow enhancements and implementations in collaboration with developers, architects, administrators, and QA teams.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and maintain product backlogs with stakeholders and project teams.
• Create SOPs, process flows, data analyses, training materials, acceptance criteria, and other project documentation.
• Support UAT, test case development, defect tracking, solution demonstrations, end-user support, and training.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder and reside and work within the United States.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a client-facing solution delivery environment.
• 4+ years of experience with Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban and requirements-gathering facilitation.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow, Jira, and Confluence.
• At least 1 year of experience supporting ServiceNow platform capabilities and workflows.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Experience creating process diagrams, workflows, wireframes, and requirements artifacts.
• Strong data analysis, stakeholder management, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience interpreting system documentation and managing competing priorities in ambiguous environments.
