What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large hirify.global Platform programs from concept through in-market launch.
• Develop roadmaps, execution plans, and strategic decisions for complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Coordinate product, engineering, design, research, operations, marketing, legal, finance, and support stakeholders.
• Identify critical issues, dependencies, risks, and technical constraints, driving mitigation and resolution.
• Communicate program objectives, outcomes, escalations, and success criteria to senior leadership.
• Improve program processes and mentor junior program management team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, technical education, or equivalent technical work experience.
• 10+ years of program or project management experience with large-scale business systems and complex software development initiatives.
• Experience across the Software Development Lifecycle, systems thinking, Agile frameworks, Scrum or Kanban, and program management methodologies.
• Strong leadership, critical thinking, planning, risk management, communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Experience presenting to executive-level audiences and collaborating with cross-functional teams worldwide.
• Expert-level Jira experience, including building custom dashboards to measure progress and risks.
