What you will do

• Lead program roadmaps, strategic decisions, and delivery plans from initial concept through in-market launch.
• Coordinate product management, design, engineering, operations, marketing, support, legal, and finance stakeholders.
• Align worldwide business partners and communicate program objectives, progress, escalations, and outcomes to senior leadership.
• Identify critical issues, dependencies, risks, and gaps, then drive mitigation and resolution.
• Influence cross-functional organizations and build partnerships to deliver complex platform initiatives.
• Improve program management processes and guide implementation of operational enhancements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, technical education, or equivalent experience in a technical domain.
• 10+ years of program or project management experience delivering large-scale business systems or complex software initiatives from kickoff through market delivery.
• Experience with software development lifecycle, systems thinking, Agile frameworks, Scrum or Kanban, and program management methodologies.
• Strong leadership, prioritization, risk management, communication, negotiation, conflict resolution, and people management skills.
• Excellent communication skills for executive-level audiences and complex cross-functional environments.
• Expert-level Jira experience, including building custom dashboards to measure progress and risks.
