Construction Manager – Project Execution (III / Senior / Staff)

What you will do

• Lead field construction activities and serve as the primary site representative.
• Manage construction planning, scheduling, cost control, contract administration, and project reporting.
• Oversee contractor execution, performance, compliance, and inspection teams.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Operations, Procurement, and Commissioning teams.
• Identify and mitigate construction risks, issues, and change requests.
• Ensure safety, environmental, regulatory, and quality requirements through inspections, audits, closeout, and turnover documentation.

Requirements

• 6+ years of related construction experience for Construction Manager III, 8+ years for Senior Construction Manager, or 12+ years for Staff Construction Manager.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Certified Construction Manager (CCM) certification required for Construction Manager III and Senior Construction Manager.
• Senior-level candidates need 5+ years supporting large-scale projects valued at $50M or more; Staff-level candidates need 7+ years supporting large or mega-projects.
• Experience with construction planning, scheduling, cost management, contract administration, risk mitigation, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record; ability to work outdoors, climb, work at heights, use PPE, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Natural gas pipeline, processing, industrial facility, infrastructure, or power generation construction experience.
• Knowledge of construction technologies, pipeline systems, and industry best practices.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
