Site Manager

Location: McChord, Washington, USA; on-site work at the assigned training site. Only U.S. citizens are eligible due to U.S. Government contract requirements. Eligibility for a DoD Personal Security Clearance is required. Domestic and international travel may be required.

What you will do

• Lead academic and simulator training operations at the assigned site.
• Supervise, evaluate, and support instructors, maintenance personnel, and operations staff.
• Serve as the primary liaison with the USAF Program Office, Quality Assurance Representative, and customer stakeholders.
• Manage annual, monthly, and weekly training schedules, throughput, resources, and reporting.
• Oversee site quality assurance against AS9100D standards and maintain contract compliance.
• Coordinate facility and support requirements while representing the organization in base and community activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• At least four years of flight operations and/or flight training management experience.
• At least eight years of total flying experience, including five years of military experience.
• At least two years of flight instructor and training management experience.
• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Must be eligible for a DoD Personal Security Clearance.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• Experience managing military or simulator-based training operations.
• Experience supervising multidisciplinary teams.
