Project Leader - Plant A (HVAC)

Location: Reynosa, Mexico. The role requires travel to project sites approximately 60% of the time. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not provided.

What you will do

• Commission HVAC systems through inspections, functional tests, and performance evaluations.
• Develop and implement commissioning plans, procedures, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and client representatives to complete projects successfully.
• Troubleshoot HVAC issues and verify corrective actions during commissioning.
• Ensure electrical work complies with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare test reports and train client personnel on HVAC operation and maintenance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
• Proficiency with testing and diagnostic equipment.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Willingness to travel to project sites, with travel expected approximately 60% of the time.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
