Location: US Nationwide — Remote; work during normal business hours, approximately 8:30am–5:00pm. Travel of approximately 10–20% is expected for partner meetings, launches, and industry events.
Salary: $91,000–$140,000 per year, with potential bonus eligibility.

What you will do
- Lead, coach, and develop the Strategic Account Management team using account plans, performance metrics, and operating standards.
- Own onboarding and launch processes for B2B partners, ensuring rapid progress toward enrollments and student outcomes.
- Drive retention, account expansion, enrollments, and revenue across employer, workforce, and academic partner portfolios.
- Build growth plans involving new programs, content licensing, credit for prior learning, and additional cohorts.
- Advise senior partner leaders on talent pipelines, upskilling programs, funded training initiatives, and workforce education solutions.
- Forecast portfolio performance in Salesforce and report pipeline, launches, risks, and account health to executive leadership.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in workforce development, higher education, healthcare workforce, or B2B education and training.
- At least 5 years of experience leading and developing a team.
- Proven success leading account management, partnership, or sales teams against revenue, retention, and growth targets.
- Experience advising senior leaders across employer, workforce board, or academic settings on multi-stakeholder solutions.
- Strong analytical, forecasting, CRM, written communication, verbal communication, and executive-partner representation skills.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience in allied health or healthcare workforce development.
- Established relationships with health systems, workforce boards, or higher education institutions.
- Familiarity with content licensing, credit for prior learning, articulation agreements, and stackable credentials.
