Director of Customer Sales

Location: US Remote

Salary: $126K–$160K plus $140K commission

What you will do

• Lead the strategic direction, operational objectives, and overall management of the Account Management team.
• Manage sales support functions and improve sales-force productivity and effectiveness.
• Forecast quarterly results, set quotas, allocate territories and resources, and drive revenue performance.
• Sell products and services to new and existing clients while expanding customer accounts.
• Build ongoing client relationships and support new business acquisition.
• Collaborate with supervisors, customers, peer functions, and external stakeholders, including presenting results and recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8+ years of relevant sales leadership experience.
• Experience managing people, including hiring, performance reviews, compensation reviews, and first-level managers.
• Experience with departmental financial performance and P&L responsibilities.
• Ability to execute business plans, allocate workforce resources, and manage operational initiatives.
• Must work remotely in the United States.
