Senior Program Manager (Energy Programs)

Location: East Lansing, Michigan; must reside in Michigan

Salary: $97,600–$146,400 per year

What you will do

• Direct large programs or portfolios of client contracts through planning, implementation, and completion.
• Lead contract creation, negotiations, compliance, and client satisfaction initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams of 10–30 people across technical, marketing, operations, analytics, and administrative functions.
• Manage program budgets, milestones, schedules, profitability, risks, and performance.
• Lead client reviews, identify solutions to program challenges, and develop strategies for growth and program enhancements.
• Drive process and tool improvements and contribute technical content or intellectual property.

Requirements

• Relevant professional experience and 8+ years of project management experience.
• 5+ years of people management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MS or MBA preferred.
• Must reside in Michigan.
• Ability to manage complex or high-risk programs, including programs with $5–10 million in annual revenue.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship; successful hires must pass pre-employment checks.
