Senior Program Manager

Location: East Lansing, Michigan; must reside in Michigan

Salary: $97,600–$146,400 USD annually

What you will do

• Direct all phases of large client programs or portfolios from inception through completion.
• Manage program cost, implementation, profitability, performance, milestones, and schedules.
• Lead contract creation, negotiations, changes, and compliance activities.
• Act as the primary customer contact and lead reviews covering cost, schedule, and performance.
• Coordinate technical, marketing, operations, analytics, and administrative teams.
• Identify program risks and opportunities, improve processes and tools, and expand client business.

Requirements

• Must reside in Michigan.
• Relevant professional experience, including 8+ years of project management experience.
• 5+ years of people management experience.
• Experience managing a large program with $5–10 million in annual revenue or a portfolio of smaller client contracts.
• Experience directing multifunctional teams of approximately 10–30 people and managing 2–5 direct reports plus contractors.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MS or MBA preferred.
