Project Manager - Program & Contract Execution

Location: Ashburn, Virginia, United States; travel up to 25%; project meetings may be virtual or in person.

Salary: $125,000–$160,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage the full life cycle of assigned projects, including budget, scope, schedule, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, end users, internal teams, and business stakeholders.
• Develop work plans, schedules, estimates at completion, resource plans, status reports, and other contractual project artifacts.
• Track project performance, review deliverables, and ensure contractual obligations and quality standards are met.
• Lead project meetings and provide analytical guidance, problem resolution, staffing forecasts, and workload planning.
• Support business development through networking, program capture, and proposal development.

Requirements

• Existing DHS EOD or DHS suitability is required.
• Demonstrated leadership, project execution, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience developing project plans, schedules, estimates, resource plans, and status reports.
• Ability to manage contractual, financial, quality, and customer requirements.
• Ability to collaborate with contracting, financial, legal, security, executive, engineering, IT, and customer stakeholders.
• Commitment to ethics and integrity and ability to work in diverse team environments.
