Salary: $110,500–$130,000 per year

What you will do

• Identify and drive transformation opportunities aligned with business needs across Investor Services.
• Manage teams and projects, lead business interactions, and support transformation proposals.
• Gather and evaluate requirements, quantify business value, and design efficient processes and solutions.
• Prepare and coordinate complex written presentations and business materials.
• Develop key metrics, organize data, and communicate insights clearly.
• Prioritize and build automations to maximize operational efficiency while coaching Analysts.

Requirements

• 7+ years of related professional experience.
• Prior people management experience with a small team.
• Ability to analyze granular details and support strategic, high-level decision-making.
• Strong time management, multitasking, organization, and attention to detail.
• Excellent oral, written, and presentation communication skills.
• A bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting is a plus.
