Senior Enterprise IT Program Manager

Location: Full-time onsite office-based position in Newton, Massachusetts, United States

Salary: $136,200–$204,200 per year

What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of large, complex enterprise IT programs and connect execution to business objectives.
• Build and manage integrated plans covering dependencies, sequencing, critical paths, risks, issues, and financials.
• Establish governance models, operating cadences, decision forums, and accountability across workstreams.
• Partner with executives and senior business leaders, translating technical complexity into business implications, trade-offs, and recommendations.
• Oversee project managers, vendors, partners, deliverables, contractual obligations, and value realization.
• Lead change management, communication, adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Expert-level program and project management experience delivering complex, cross-functional, enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Strong business, financial, communication, influencing, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to navigate technical details and business priorities, operate in ambiguity, and drive outcomes without direct authority.
• Deep knowledge of program and project management methodologies, tools, change management principles, and best practices.
• Experience in a player-coach environment and proficiency with tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Asana, or Smartsheet.
• PMP and Prosci Change Management or equivalent certification required.
