Program Manager, Strategic Delivery (PEP)

Location: 900 Sylvan Avenue, Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey, United States

Salary: USD 120,000–150,000 per year

What you will do

• Create and manage project charters, schedules, resource plans, budgets, requirements, and dependencies.
• Facilitate program intake, prioritization discussions, project kick-offs, and regular status meetings.
• Coordinate multiple Operations & Technology programs through design, development, testing, launch, and post-launch support.
• Manage cross-functional risks, changes, scope, schedules, and resources to deliver program objectives.
• Provide status reporting and executive presentations, including agendas, minutes, action items, and follow-up.
• Build partnerships with leaders, internal teams, program participants, and external suppliers while contributing to program management standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Project Management, Program Management, Product Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of end-to-end technology program or project management experience.
• Experience gathering and translating complex business requirements into actionable plans and deliverables.
• Experience leading executive-level meetings, preparing executive reporting, and building complex program plans.
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, stakeholder management, business partnering, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Experience with Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Microsoft Project, and Smartsheet.

Nice to have

• Experience leading programs in the media industry.
• Experience managing large-scale budgets and global project teams across time zones.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Jira, and PowerPoint.
• PgMP, PMP, or Certified Scrum Master certification.
