Program Manager, Software Delivery (SaaS)

Location: Remote - USA

Salary: $145,000–$165,000 base salary per year, plus a discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Lead complex, cross-functional software delivery programs aligned with organizational strategy and business objectives.
• Define program goals, success metrics, roadmaps, governance, reporting, and communication frameworks.
• Coordinate dependencies, risks, timelines, priorities, resources, and capacity across multiple initiatives.
• Drive collaboration and decision-making across engineering, product, design, business, and executive stakeholders.
• Identify blockers early, develop resolution plans, and facilitate executive decision-making with concise metrics and recommendations.
• Improve delivery practices, tooling, operational processes, and team collaboration using pragmatic Agile, SAFe, and hybrid delivery models.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7+ years of experience in software delivery, program management, or related technology leadership roles.
• 3+ years of experience managing multiple concurrent software delivery initiatives or programs.
• Experience delivering complex cross-functional software programs and working with senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
• Experience in enterprise-scale or SaaS technology environments, with strong resource management, capacity planning, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Agile scaling methodologies and delivery tools such as Jira, Linear, or Confluence.

Nice to have

• PMP, SAFe, or equivalent program/project management certification.
• Experience with LeSS or other scaled Agile frameworks.
