Solution Director (Technology Sales)

What you will do

• Identify and develop new opportunities through relationships, campaigns, industry events, and partner channels.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with new and existing clients and understand their technology initiatives.
• Partner with Account Executives to expand opportunities and support pipeline and revenue growth.
• Prepare, present, negotiate, and close complex technology service proposals and deals.
• Guide clients through solution adoption, expansion, and renewal.
• Document client activities in the CRM and collaborate on developing new market-aligned solutions.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of business development and/or channel sales experience with a proven record of success.
• Experience in technology sales or technical services sales and selling to mid-market or large enterprises.
• Established relationships with relevant technology vendors and channel partners.
• Strong verbal and written communication, business acumen, professionalism, critical thinking, and accountability.
• High energy, a hunting mentality, competitive spirit, and the ability to learn technology offerings quickly.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business or technology preferred.
